Shortbread

Simply ‘slice and bake’. Our shortbread is a lovely, very traditional ‘buttery’ shortbread.
Weighing approximately 1.5kg and measuring some 30cm in length and 6.5 cm to 7.5cm in diameter, you simply slice the size to suit your requirements e.g. a 1 cm thick slice will provide you with 30 pieces from a roll.
