Frozen preformed cookie dough
Ingredients: Butter, Caster Sugar, Egg Pulp, Flour, M5 Milk Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Chips, Cocoa Powder, Raising Agent, Vanilla Flavouring
Our preformed Cookie Dough produces gorgeous American Style Cookies (soft and chewy on the inside) just like Grandma used to Make! Cookie Dough in this format is brilliant! Simply take what you require out of the freezer, place on the oven tray (space 5 cm apart) and bake at 160oc for 19-23 minutes (depending on the oven).
Once baked you will have produced lovely gourmet cookies which will not last long on the oven tray! At Mrs Higgins we use only the finest ingredients (including real NZ butter) and we do not add preservatives to our Cookie products.
Because of this (and due to our "secrets" in production), Mrs Higgins Cookies have a unique texture and delicious flavour all of their own.
Please see below for our lovely range of Cookie Dough. All Cookie Dough is produced in 60 gm size and we also offer some flavours in a 30 gm size. Once baked cookies have a 2 day shelf life. Store cookies in an airtight container with a slice of bread for freshness.
- 60 gm preformed individual units are supplied frozen and in boxes of 81 units.
- 30 gm preformed individual units are frozen and in boxes of 144 units.
