Some years ago Griffins in New Zealand identified a huge opportunity in the market place for a Fresh Gourmet Cookie. Hence a very unique concept for cookies was created and the initial Mrs Higgins recipes developed. These recipes, and the concept, were then onsold and Mrs Higgins Cookies was born and a nationwide franchise established.

Mrs Higgins Oven Fresh Cookies has developed hugely since those early days and today Mrs Higgins has a Franchise Network throughout New Zealand and is involved in the wholesaling of cookie products also.

Gourmet Cookie flavours today are offered in well over 20 delicious cookie varieties and are produced as Cookie Dough, Baked Frozen Cookies and Packaged Cookies also.

An important aspect of the Mrs Higgins philosophy is to create gorgeous Cookies ‘Just like Grandma Used to Make’.
